AT-207 systems are specifically designed to meet all industrial automation training concepts and principles. The stations can be used to arrange a complete line and simulate real-world applications carried out by fully automated manufacturing systems.
It is also possible to use each station as a separate unit. Students can benefit from the practical design of the system and learn professional concepts of automations in course of an enjoyable experience.
All the stations are equipped with SIEMENS S7 PLC’s, which can prepare the students to get familiar with the expertise of a world leader in industrial automation. Additionally, each station is equipped with the state of the art Human Machine Interface (HMI) units of SIEMENS with screen touch panels. The WinCC® software supplied with the system help student to learn concepts of designing HMI in real situations.

Placement of the lids on the cups.
Weighing the filled cups and lifting them up onto an air slide to move to the next station and rejecting the cups weighing less or more than the set value.
Detecting the color or sign on the cup lids and storing the cups in the envisaged stacks.
Monitoring the manufacturing line and enabling operators to check the status of the sensors and actuators at every station.
